The Shivkashi Story
It all started in 2019 when Arjun Mishra, a third-generation street food vendor from Varanasi, noticed that people were moving away from street food due to hygiene concerns — not because they didn't love the taste.
He had a vision: what if we could bring the authentic taste of street food, prepared with the same love and recipes, but delivered in a hygienic, convenient way? That's how Shivkashi was born.
The name "Shivkashi" is a tribute to Kashi (Varanasi) — the city of Lord Shiva, known for its vibrant culture, ancient traditions, and of course, its incredible street food.
Today, we serve 50,000+ customers across 10 cities, but our commitment remains the same: authentic taste, fresh ingredients, and fast delivery.
